Cargill Foundation
Since 1973, the Cargill Foundation has worked to promote the prosperity of communities by strengthening safe, sustainable, and accessible food systems across different regions of Brazil.
Its work is carried out in partnership with social organizations, impact businesses, cooperatives, peer institutions, and with the active participation of volunteers.
The Foundation supports the development of solutions that expand access to food security, reduce food waste, foster innovation, and strengthen the territories and communities where Cargill operates.
How we operate
The Foundation supports and develops socio-environmental initiatives related to food systems, contributing to local development, productive inclusion, institutional strengthening of civil society organizations (CSOs), and volunteer engagement through its corporate volunteer program. Its focus is to drive structured and transformative actions that generate a positive legacy for territories and promote inclusion, equity, and innovation.
